Purpose
The "COLONOFLOR-16 (Premium)" kit combines the "Colonoflor-16 (Biocenosis)" and "Colonoflor-16 (Metabolism)" reagent kits into 3 strips and allows for a comprehensive study of a patient's colon microbiota across all parameters.
The "COLONOFLOR-16 (Premium)" kit is designed to perform 24 tests, including positive and negative control samples. The kit detects 32 parameters, including 30 microbial groups/species, total bacterial counts, and the presence of pathogenicity genes that determine the enteroinvasive properties of E. coli.
Can be used for scientific purposes.
