Our background

2012 – Alphalab was founded in St. Petersburg on the basis of the clinical research laboratory Explana. The company emerged as a response to the requests of medical specialists who needed more in-depth diagnostics of infections and parasitic diseases.

2013–2016 – active development of scientific research, launch of the first own PCR test systems and establishment of production.

2017–2020 – expansion of production capacity, strengthening of positions in the Russian market.

2021–2024 – entering the international level, development of new areas of diagnostics, implementation of advanced technologies in molecular biology and genetics.
